Regulation of virulence factors of Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A Streptococcus) with special reference to biofilm formation.
Screening, characterization and evaluation of novel anti-quorum sensing and antibiofilm compounds against human and aquaculture pathogens from marine resources.
Molecular cataloguing and bioprospecting of bacterial diversity associated with various ecosystems of Gulf of Mannar and Palk Bay through culture dependent and independent (including metagenomics) approaches.
